The applicant has to apply for Tanzania Residence Visa from the immigration department of Tanzania. Requirements for Class B Residential Visa :

5) Employment Contract: Ensure that it has signatures of both employee and the employer.

Process of applying for Tanzania Residential Visa
1) Applicant can apply for Residential Visa on the official government website of Tanzania. Applicants can apply for Tanzania Visa at tourist visa online.
2) Applicant has to create their account by filling in all the necessary information. After creating their account they have to log in.
3) Applicants have to apply for a "residence permit" by submitting the form.
4) Make sure that you attach all the important documents with your form.
5) Online payment - Applicant has to pay the amount by debit or credit card. The amount of each type of permit visa is different.
6) Submit your application form after payment.
7) Applicant will receive the information or confirmation mail regarding residence permit in two months.
8) Your permit will be sent through post or you have to visit the office.
