- A letter explaining the purpose of his visit from his/her organisation;
- Duly completed types FF-I and FF-II;

- REGISTER at the airport is required for foreign citizens/nationals from India and Pakistan to fly with a valid visa in Bangladesh for 90 days or more. If entry via the land port is completed, such an entry should be done at the nearest DSB / City Special Branch (DSB) (CSB).
- The visa extension application should be addressed before the current visa expires. The over-stay penalty is levied when visa extension requests are made after the expiry date of the visa.
