For the passport of the applicant
You are expected to provide your signed passport with two copies of the personal information page of your passport. The passport must be,

All the applicants are required to provide two color passport size photograph with the following requirements,
- The photograph needs to be taken in the last 3 months and it should be printed on photo paper only.
- The background needs to be white.
- The size of the photograph needs to be 2 inches by 2 inches.
- The photograph needs to provide the front view of your face. You are required to have a neutral expression for your photograph.
- You are not allowed to wear eyeglasses for any kind of headwear except for the one with a religious purpose.
- You are required to glue your photo it should not be stapled or pinned down in any case.
Visa application form
You are required to have an original and a copy of the visa application form. The form needs to be,
- Duly filled with all the answers.
- Display your full name as it appears on the passport.
- It should be signed and you are required to specify the name of the employer and student if applicable in the other information box.

Rules regarding yellow fever vaccination certificate,
Individuals who are arriving from yellow fever risk areas are required to have a yellow fever vaccination certificate. The individuals are also required to provide a yellow fever vaccination certificate on their arrival.
Visa Upon Arrival
